Reporting a problem

Bug reports are like film scores — the details make them great. Mention your iPhone model, iOS version, the app version (hiding at the bottom of the station menu), which station you were listening to, and what went sideways.

Quick fixes worth trying

Stream won’t start or keeps stopping? Sometimes the station itself takes a short coffee break. The app reconnects on its own, and the station’s website is the fastest way to check whether they’re on air:

Cover art gone gray and blurry? Your screen is fine — that’s the app’s polite way of saying the track info is running a little late. Full color returns the moment fresh data arrives.

About the stations

Song requests, programme questions, station website accounts — all of that is the stations’ turf. The app is just the player; the magic on air is entirely theirs.
